The apartment in which Biggie lived as a child can be yours for $725,000.

The home sits on the border of Fort Greene and Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn with a 226 Saint James Pl. address. The apartment, 3L to be exact, is a 3-bedroom condo with a den/office.

When NYMag contacted listing agent Judith Lief and asked her if she was aware of the condo’s significance, she responded, “You must be kidding. I am.”

Some people liked the new Snoop Lion and Drake reggae collaboration but others did not. Nonetheless, Snoop delivers the official video for the song, aiming to spread the message of love and peace. His album Reincarnated (track list here) hits stores on April 23rd.

“It’s a powerful song and we hope to spread a positive message that hits home with people,” says Snoop Lion. “We’ve seen too much bloodshed involving guns and we want to prevent the next incident from happening. That’s what’s it all about, trying to bring awareness and push love and peace.”
